Rentschler Biopharma uses technical and organizational measures in accordance with section 9 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in order to protect personal data from accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.
When personal data are collected and processed, the information is transmitted in encoded form in order to prevent misuse of data by third parties. Website visitors consent to electronic communication once they themselves initiate electronic contact with Rentschler Biopharma. Visitors are informed that emails can be read or altered in an unauthorized and unnoticed way along the route of transmission. Rentschler Biopharma currently does not use any encryption technology. Rentschler Biopharma uses software to filter unwanted emails (spam filter). Emails may be rejected by the spam filter if they were incorrectly identified as spam due to certain characteristics.
