Your personal data is generally collected directly from you as part of making contact or when registering for our event.
The parties conduct the collection and storage and use of the data with regard to the event. Such processing of personal data primarily serves our legitimate interest in the organization and implementation of the event for which you have registered. Rentschler is in charge of the processing. Furthermore, Rentschler, Boehringer Ingelheim and Coriolis process your personal data for advertising purposes in the pursue of our legitimate interest.
Furthermore, Rentschler, Boehringer Ingelheim and Coriolis process your personal data for advertising purposes based on your consent for newsletters, product information or personalised offers. You may withdraw your consent at any time. For such further use each party is separately responsible for the data processing.
Your personal data will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage stated above ceases to apply. Additionally, your data will be deleted if you exercise your right of withdrawal or objection.
